Orders are generally shipped via UPS. Salem Plastic Products, Inc. reserves the right to choose alternate shipping method.
Orders
Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, mail or our website: www.salemplasticproducts.com. Our toll free number is 888.376.1709. Our fax number is 336.475.3637. Mail orders to Salem Plastic Products, Inc., 16 North Robbins St., Thomasville, NC 27360. All phone orders must be followed by an original copy, either faxed or mailed, before orders can be shipped.
Freight Terms
All orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point, prepaid and added to the invoice. Salem Plastic Products, Inc. reserves to the right to select the shipper.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted without return authorization. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from date of shipment. When authorized, all returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25% plus freight. Returns must be sent prepaid.
Custom Orders
All custom merchandise or special packed orders are not returnable.
Liability
Purchaser must determine if Salem Plastic Products, Inc. products are suitable for the use the purchaser intends. Salem Plastic Products, Inc. does not accept responsibility for improper use or application of its products. No warranty is made or implied by Salem Plastic Products, Inc. Purchaser or user assumes all risk and liability in connection with the use of Salem Plastic Products, Inc. products and loss or damage resulting out of their use. We are not responsible for typesetting, printing or omission errors.
